Questions come with the territory
While not all questions can be answered on our site. Here are some frequently asked questions.
Our leather is sourced in the USA from US tanneries. The two predominant tanneries we use are: Wicket & Craig, and Hermann Oak Leather
We predominantly use vegetable tanned leather for most of our products.
Our products can last a lifetime with proper care, and use as we strive to use the very best materials available.
To extend the life of a leather bag, keep it clean by wiping it down regularly and using a mild leather cleaner when needed. Condition every 3-6 months with a quality leather balm to prevent drying and cracking. Protect against water and stains by using a leather protectant and letting wet leather air dry naturally. Store it properly in a cool, dry place with stuffing to maintain its shape, and avoid overloading or exposing it to direct sunlight. Handle with clean hands, rotate usage to prevent excessive wear, and repair minor scuffs with conditioner. With proper care, a high-quality leather bag can last a lifetime, developing a rich patina over time.
New collections are made when fancy strikes, or when we see our customers request certain products.
