✔ Soaking in Natural Tannins – Hides are submerged in large wooden drums filled with Quebracho, and mimosa bark extracts, slowly absorbing these natural agents over weeks.
✔ Hot Stuffing for Strength – Once tanned, the leather is infused with a proprietary blend of waxes, oils, and tallows, making it supple yet incredibly strong.
✔ Finishing & Drying – The leather is then smoothed, polished, and allowed to dry naturally, enhancing its depth of color and signature feel.
